Business Development Associate

📋 Description

• Proactively service and support contractor/supplier customers
• Manage customer workflows and day-to-day Contractor Development
• Conduct training on software via phone, web, and in-person meetings
• Participate in sales and marketing project implementations
• Field incoming calls, handle inquiries, and troubleshoot problems
• In-office 3 days/week; trainings 4–5 days

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write and speak)
