• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email apps.
• Desire to work with people and engage in verbal interactions over the phone.
• Ability to de-escalate calls using critical thinking and soft skills.
