🎯 Requirements

Active Real Estate License
Sales/BD/public-facing experience
Strong communication and rapport-building
Time management with a busy pipeline
Self-motivated, goal-driven, commission-based
Experience in property management or residential leasing
Familiarity with CRM systems (AppFolio, MLS)
