🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying role.
  • Outside, field-based sales experience selling a service.
  • 1+ year in home care, healthcare, or senior industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; data-driven; use data to improve outreach.
  • Comfort spending most time in the community; familiar with Salesforce, calendars, Slack.
  • Nice to have: B2B healthcare referral networks; B2C in-home sales; existing network.
