📋 Description

  • Identify and prioritise high-potential galleries, dealers and artists in Italy.
  • Build outbound pipeline (cold calls, emails, direct outreach, meetings).
  • Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Use data and AI tools to prioritise prospects and optimise conversion.
  • Own forecasting and revenue reporting for your market.
  • Collaborate with Art Experts on lot strategy and seller performance.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements, incl. single-seller auctions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong hunter mindset with track record in acquiring strategic accounts.
  • 5+ years in Sales or Business Development with revenue targets.
  • Native Italian, fluent English, plus another European language.
  • Experience in digital marketplaces or fast-scaling environments.
  • Confident negotiator closing complex deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with CRM (HubSpot), Looker Studio, Google Workspace and AI tools.
