🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years of data science experience in consumer tech, e‑commerce, or subscriptions.
- Strong statistical modeling and ML background (predictive modeling, classification, clustering, or recommendations).
- Proficiency in Python and strong SQL for large datasets.
- Build reproducible, production‑ready pipelines and collaborate with engineers/ML Ops to deploy and monitor models.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, causal inference) and business interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
