📋 Description

  • Identify opportunities where data science drives acquisition, engagement, retention, and upsell.
  • Build, validate, and iterate statistical and ML models for core marketing problems.
  • Drive model ideation and rapid MVP prototyping for testing.
  • Partner with Engineers and ML Ops to deploy inference models into production.
  • Collaborate with marketers, analysts, and engineers to design and evaluate experiments.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI/ML and experimentation for impactful challenges.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years of data science experience in consumer tech, e‑commerce, or subscriptions.
  • Strong statistical modeling and ML background (predictive modeling, classification, clustering, or recommendations).
  • Proficiency in Python and strong SQL for large datasets.
  • Build reproducible, production‑ready pipelines and collaborate with engineers/ML Ops to deploy and monitor models.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, causal inference) and business interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
