Business Controls Manager

📋 Description

• Drive BU-wide risk and control initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams on strategic risk programs
• Scale governance and sell-assurance capabilities
• Advise executives on data and technology enabled transformations
• Partner with senior leaders to implement sustainable controls
• Other duties as assigned by the Company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• A strong aptitude for documenting processes, controls, policies, and procedures, analytics and reporting
• Program and project implementation skillset required
• Experience writing and assessing risks and controls and drafting executive summaries on business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
