• Define future processes by evaluating inputs and tailoring to the client.
• Evaluate platforms and adapt to support the processes.
• Define client roles and responsibilities to fit new processes.
• Develop playbooks and presentations for stakeholders.
• Train stakeholders on new processes, tools, and templates.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in business/administration, marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Agency/consultancy background is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills including research, writing, and presentations.
• Strong cross-functional relationship skills.
• PowerPoint expert with ability to develop training materials.
