- Partner with Risk, Tech, Operations, and Product to define TPRM governance requirements.
- Develop artefacts: problem statements, scope, stakeholder maps, workshop outputs.
- Analyse current and future-state processes to support governance improvements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements for delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops and governance discussions across policy, standards, and metrics workstreams.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, consulting, or risk transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Risk Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls.
- Experience on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) or supplier risk governance initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation across business and technology teams.
- Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and communicate complex topics effectively.
