๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Partner with Risk, Tech, Operations, and Product to define TPRM governance requirements.
  • Develop artefacts: problem statements, scope, stakeholder maps, workshop outputs.
  • Analyse current and future-state processes to support governance improvements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements for delivery teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and governance discussions across policy, standards, and metrics workstreams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, consulting, or risk transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of Risk Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls.
  • Experience on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) or supplier risk governance initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation across business and technology teams.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and communicate complex topics effectively.
