- Gather, analyse and document BA/functional requirements for digital asset tokenisation and custody lifecycle.
- Design, document and manage BRDs, functional requirements, and end-to-end process maps.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology and TA Operations to refine requirements and implement processes.
- Support end-to-end analysis across the tokenised asset lifecycle from onboarding to reporting.
- Facilitate workshops to align business, regulatory and technology requirements for tokenisation.
- Ensure regulatory, control and audit requirements are reflected in docs and delivery; bridge business, compliance and tech.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or Consultant delivering projects within financial services.
- Experience working on digital assets, tokenisation, securities services, or related regulatory initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience producing BRDs, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Understanding of regulated environments and control requirements within banking or asset servicing domains.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
