Business Analyst (Starlink Growth)

📋 Description

• Analyze consumer metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, cohorts) using SQL and statistics.
• Develop forecasts for subscriber growth and revenue projections.
• Build dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) to track KPIs.
• Conduct market research and price analysis to optimize revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing/product/sales to embed insights in growth plans.
• Identify data gaps; work with engineering to improve data collection.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth ops.
• 1+ year with SQL and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Extended hours and weekend work as needed.
• Travel between SpaceX sites may be required.
• Preferred: advanced SQL, forecasting, or pricing analysis.
