🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting SharePoint or Microsoft 365 implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online capabilities including libraries, lists, and permissions.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and As-Is / To-Be documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) is preferred.
  • Understanding of information architecture, document lifecycle management, and governance concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is an advantage.
