🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years as a BA, ideally in Retail Energy.
- Experience with CIS, Billing, EDI, or energy retail products.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field.
- Advanced degree in a related discipline preferred.
