📋 Description

• Prepare, facilitate and document client meetings/workshops.
• Gather and analyze user requirements; map current vs future state.
• Convert BRD into use cases and functional specifications.
• Capture requirements, user stories, and architecture docs.
• Model business processes and data; set standards and guidance.
• Propose enhancements to processes, reports, and apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years Business Analyst experience.
• Retail Energy: CIS, Billing, EDI, Customer Care, Sales, C&I/Mass Market.
• Consulting firm experience preferred.
• Strong BA skills: interviewing executives and process mapping.
• Excellent proposal writing and project planning; presenting.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree desirable.
