🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst delivering regulatory or financial reporting
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting domains such as IRR, capital, liquidity
- Experience across cross-functional teams: business, IT, data, compliance, ops
- Understanding of regulatory reporting platforms and end-to-end data flows
- Hands-on with SDLC, change mgmt, and Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery
- Excellent communication, governance, and stakeholder management
