- Act as BA in Product Control, supporting regulatory reporting initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate regulatory rules into specs.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product Control, Risk, IT, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Assess impacts of regulatory change on data, processes, controls, and systems.
- Support process improvements, reconciliations, and control enhancements.
- Contribute to UAT, defect management, and implementation support.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven BA in banking with strong Product Control exposure.
- Hands-on Regulatory Reporting or regulatory change program experience.
- Strong data analysis skills with complex datasets.
- Knowledge of Basel, CRR/CRD, IFRS, FINREP, COREP.
- Understanding of financial products, P&L, balance sheet, controls.
- Experience in change/transformation initiatives and stakeholder management.
