Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements
Translate wealth management needs into user stories and technical specifications
Define and map data flows across core banking systems (Avaloq) and platforms
Design client journeys (onboarding, portfolio management, transactions)
Collaborate with engineering on solution design; facilitate stakeholder workshops
Support UAT, testing, and implementation activities

Strong BA capabilities: requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Agile delivery: JIRA, Confluence, and user stories
Data analysis and mapping
Knowledge of Private Banking/Wealth Management processes
Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Avaloq
Experience mapping end-to-end data lineage across systems
