Business Analyst - Payroll

📋 Description

• Gather and document DF/ETC config change requirements
• Prioritize HRIS/DF/ETC requests via ServiceNow; generate stakeholder reports
• Collaborate with HRIS, DF CRE, and Support on HR/Payroll initiatives
• Manage, train, and coordinate the team to meet objectives
• Establish and maintain partnerships across Payroll, HR, IT, and other units
• Work with HRIS to document DF and ETC configuration, change history and procedures
• Manage DF and ETC upgrade efforts
• Stay up to date on other DF changes and liaise with applicable business unit for implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years payroll experience on a major HCM platform
• End-to-end implementation of a major HCM/Payroll SaaS
• Experience in a corporate environment promoting collaboration
• Proven ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
• Experience streamlining processes to improve effectiveness
• Able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences
• Strong analytical skills; interpret business needs
• Excellent interpersonal, diplomacy, problem solving, influence
• MS Office tools proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, IT, or related field
