🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of life insurance claims operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, claims adjudication, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience implementing systems, transformation, or automation projects as a business SME.
  • Experience collaborating with IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
