- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Interest in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or willingness to learn quickly
- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Excel) is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
