Perform business process gap analysis and manage requirement changes
Act as product owner to guide the team and maximize project and customer success
Collaborate with technical teams to configure and optimize the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

University degree (preferable business or IT)
5-8 years in a similar role
5-8 years in a client-facing position
Experience in requirements management and process modeling
Knowledge of development methodologies: RUP, Kanban, SCRUM, Waterfall
Excellent written and verbal English
