Develop automation to mitigate business risk or improve efficiencies.
Own data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality.
Train users on dashboards and tools; troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
2+ years in reporting/analytics across operations domains.
1+ year SQL experience; dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
1+ year scripting with Python or R.
Experience with startup/consulting/high-growth environments.
Excellent communication; may require long hours and travel.
