- Conduct current state analysis incl. process mapping, gaps, and impact.

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
- Translate needs into artefacts: user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Strong BA experience in Commercial or Specialty Insurance (London Market or corporate)
- Knowledge of Specialty lines: Property, Liability, Marine, or Energy.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and transformation initiatives.
- Bridge business and technology stakeholders; translate complex requirements into actionable outputs.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.
- Structured analytical thinking; experience with BA tools (BPMN, user stories, data analysis).
