  • Lead and support BA activities across Commercial & Specialty Insurance transformation.
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct current state analysis incl. process mapping, gaps, and impact.
  • Support design of target operating models and future state processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
  • Translate needs into artefacts: user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria.

  • Strong BA experience in Commercial or Specialty Insurance (London Market or corporate)
  • Knowledge of Specialty lines: Property, Liability, Marine, or Energy.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and transformation initiatives.
  • Bridge business and technology stakeholders; translate complex requirements into actionable outputs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.
  • Structured analytical thinking; experience with BA tools (BPMN, user stories, data analysis).
