🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Systems Analyst/Business Analyst
- Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing and listening)
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Analyst or equivalent - an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, gather requirements, lead design, meet deadlines, prioritize workflow, and drive for results in a global environment
- Experience with ERP, CRM and CX tools like NetSuite, Salesforce and Zendesk/FreshService
- Experience with RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
