Help define and run key projects among different stakeholders.
Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
Work with the Managing Director to build Mexico's long-term strategy.
Collect and analyze performance data from sales, marketing, operations to drive alignment.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Monitor and report progress of strategic initiatives to the MD, adjusting as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in statistics, data analysis, business admin or related field.
3-4 years in data analysis and business strategy development.
Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, R, and BI tools.
Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication to present findings to non-technical audiences.
Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and English.
