Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, and user requirements; identify gaps.
Create business requirement documents (BRD documents).
Document and resolve problems; ensure end-user satisfaction.
Analyze and enhance current business processes, reports, and applications.
Assist in customer interviews and produce meeting summaries.
Produce high-quality consulting deliverables (proposals, presentations, reports).

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience at a management/technology consulting firm preferred.
System implementation experience is a plus.
Ability to determine objectives by reviewing functions and gathering information.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Experience with stakeholders to prioritize requirements.
