- Excellent analytical skills; translate requirements into solutions
- Knowledge of US payments ecosystem (e.g., ACH) (a plus)
- Experience with process improvement, optimization and automation (a plus)
- Strong Excel skills; data analysis and monitoring tools (Looker, Grafana) a plus
- Ability to interface with a global team; manage priorities
