📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales Systems team to capture and document requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to align needs with business/tech strategy.
• Assist in design, test, and evaluate new/existing technologies.
• Liaise with Sales, Partner, Marketing, Commercial Ops, and Finance for timely delivery.
• Optimize Salesforce usage to enhance customer experience and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years as BA/implementation consultant/solutions architect on Salesforce.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Administrator certifications preferred.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Business Analyst certification a plus.
• 3+ years of declarative Salesforce development as an admin.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
