- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for engineering.
- Support FHIR-based data mapping with clinical terminologies.
- Liaise between clinical SMEs, product, and development teams.
- Assist UAT planning and execution with clinical end users.
- Analyze alert data to identify fatigue or low adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of BA or business systems analyst experience, ideally in health IT
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data standards
- Proficiency in writing user stories and process flow documentation
- Experience facilitating requirements sessions with stakeholders
- Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner/Oracle Health is a plus
- Exposure to CDS Hooks or clinical decision support logic is a plus
