📋 Description

• Work on day-to-day analytics across business and growth.
• Break down questions into structured problems; analyze user behavior, funnels, and campaigns.
• Build and maintain dashboards; ensure metrics are accurate and easy to interpret.
• Define and track success metrics for experiments.
• Support experiments end-to-end by measuring performance and insights.
• Automate recurring analysis and contribute to self-serve analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in data, product, or business analytics; strong SQL.
• Comfortable with large datasets; break down business questions into analyses.
• Clear communication; explain insights simply without nuance.
• Fast-paced, high-ownership environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
• BI tools like Tableau or Looker a plus.
• Exposure to fintech/digital payments or consumer internet products is a plus.
