🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years as a BI-focused business analyst
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; adapt messaging to audience
- Excellent interpersonal skills: diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, influence
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs
- Strong facilitation skills to gather requirements across the organization
- Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or related field
- Visa sponsorship is not available; must be authorized to work in the US
