Oversee content production contracts across broadcast, social, and digital projects.
Partner with Producers, Legal, PM and SVP, Global Business Affairs.
Own production workflows, talent negotiations, and risk assessment.
Work across offices in a fast-paced, creative environment.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4-7 years as a Business Manager at a creative ad agency.
Strong knowledge of SAG-AFTRA and non-union talent contracts.
Knowledge of music licensing and IP licensing for broadcast.
Solid knowledge of TV production and post-production processes.
Working knowledge of AICP & AICE bid forms and production procedures.
Exceptional written, negotiation and verbal communication skills.
