🎯 Requirements

- Excel proficiency with pivots and complex formulas.
- Experience turning manual reports into scalable BI solutions.
- SQL familiarity for querying/validating datasets.
- Detail-oriented with data QA mindset; reconcile numbers and spot discrepancies.
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders; present insights visually.
- Interest in retail analytics and KPI storytelling.
