📋 Description

  • Serve as strategic advisor on people matters (workforce planning, engagement)
  • Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy compliance
  • Support performance management, goal setting and development
  • Coach managers on development and succession planning
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • 6-8 years HR experience, preferably as HRBP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced env
  • Experience with HRIS and HR analytics (HiBob, Deel, Lattice)
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred but not required
