Building Performance Standards (BEPS) Fellow

📋 Description

• Lead outreach to building owners to support BEPS and CBPS requirements.
• Provide energy and emissions reduction services to owner-partners.
• Help owners verify energy data and meet benchmarking targets.
• Train Fellows through the Building Operator Certification program and energy software.
• Develop educational resources on BEPS compliance and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Coursework or experience in energy efficiency, data analysis, or building science.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong ability to manage your schedule and take initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States; SEI cannot sponsor visas. Must be 18+.
• Be within commuting distance of Seattle site; hybrid 3 days/week.
