Perform building performance analysis and graphical results for cross-market teams.
Develop visuals of energy use, daylighting, and comfort metrics for design.
Develop energy and daylighting analyses to support early design simulations.
Manage LEED energy credits and energy code compliance documentation.
Research performance modeling methodologies and software to improve design delivery.
Provide client and project team leadership on multiple projects.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in related field required.
Minimum 6 years of related experience required.
LEED/CPHC/BEMP or PE/RA preferred.
EnergyPlus/OpenStudio required; IES-VE/eQuest a plus.
Grasshopper/Python/C# familiarity; Climate Studio/Ladybug desired.
PowerBI and R data visualization familiarity; BIM a plus.
