Building Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead front-of-house and technical ops at Ebury León HQ.
• Oversee building systems: BMS, 4-pipe HVAC, UTA, power.
• Act as Owner’s Representative for asset resilience and uptime.
• Drive long-term asset mgmt and decarbonization strategy.
• Lead CAPEX planning for major equipment replacements.
• Manage suppliers, security, safety, and compliance 24/7.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Electrical) preferred.
• 24/7 critical environment management experience.
• Knowledge of Spanish Building Code: CTE (DB-SI/DB-SUA) and RITE.
• Technical: UPS, N+1 redundancy, electrical load management; F-Gas regs.
• BMS software proficiency and as-built documentation.
• Asset history management for certification and value.
• English and Spanish communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
