🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in facilities support (commercial, multi-family, or hospitality).
- Strong knowledge of building systems: MEP, commissioning, life/fire safety, elevator modernization, HVAC.
- Data-driven with ability to analyze financial and non-financial data.
- Independent, able to decide in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Clear documentation of learnings; scalable problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent time management; handles multiple time-sensitive projects.
