- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals
- Self-driven, results-focused and customer-centric
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visits
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
