📋 Description

  • Drive new business growth via outbound outreach and referrals
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to understand needs and finances
  • Develop and present proposals, estimates, contracts and timelines
  • Partner with technicians, estimators, and PMs to scope and execute projects
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 2 years in HVAC sales or similar technical sales
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and service
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals
  • Self-driven, results-focused and customer-centric
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visits
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
