🎯 Requirements
- 3 years of sales, account management or loan processing experience.
- 2 years of construction lending or similar mortgage experience.
- Adapt in a dynamic and growing organization.
- Experience in formulating and presenting solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication with internal teams and clients.
