🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years leading a team or project
- A&P license (preferred)
- Experience applying lean manufacturing principles
- 8+ years in final assembly/production in fast-paced manufacturing
- Familiarity with DFM, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA
