Build Supervisor (Starship) - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Manage hourly technicians and welders; deliver daily work assignments.
• Create and maintain a tight production schedule; daily assignments.
• Recruit and develop welders/technicians; provide mentorship.
• Track shop floor metrics; partner with engineering to maximize delivery rate.
• Collaborate with management and engineering to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Lead by example; motivate team to safety, quality and rate.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in final assembly production (aviation/aerospace)
• 2+ years leading a team or project
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or A&P license
• Experience bringing teams and processes from development to production
• 2+ years in welding role (GTAW, FCAW, GMAW)
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, GD&T, and assembly instructions
