Streamline manufacturing flow with engineers/technicians to remove blockers.
Create tools to communicate schedules, identify critical paths, and track progress.
Support first-build processes for new/changed designs (process/equipment).
Identify tooling, layouts, and shop-floor improvements to boost productivity.
Communicate milestones and roadmaps to stakeholders; drive corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma + 2+ years hands-on manufacturing; OR Bachelor's in engineering/math/science
2+ years in manufacturing/process planning
Team environment experience
Strong problem solving with minimal supervision
Data analysis (Excel, VBA, SQL)
Spacecraft integration knowledge (avionics/propulsion/mechanical)
