🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
5+ years of experience in mechanical, fluid, or electrical disciplines.
Proficiency with planning documents, schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, blueprints.
Install instrumentation: strain gauges, transducers, load cells, RTDs, accelerometers.
Fabricate and repair cable harnesses; soldering, crimping, connectors.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
