Develop manufacturing, assembly, welding, NDE, cleanliness, and checkouts workflows from ground up.
Design and implement tooling for testing, fixturing, lifting, and fluids.
Define and document inspection requirements and procedures.
Create training for production and inspection processes.
Plan, test, and train to ensure efficient, scalable quality at higher volumes.
Contain non-conforming hardware with quality, production, and design to manage fleet risk.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, materials, manufacturing, electrical, or physics.
1+ years in manufacturing, quality, and/or design engineering (internships count).
