- Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace/materials/electrical engineering.
- Process controls and quality tools: Lean, MSA, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, APQP.
- Experience with mechanical assemblies, composites, or avionics.
- ITAR compliance and readiness for extended hours.
