🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in aerospace/manufacturing/materials/mechanical engineering
- 1+ years of manufacturing and process design experience (internship or academic)
- Master's degree in an engineering discipline
- Hands-on project experience with mixed value stream/high-rate manufacturing lines
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly, testing, FMEA, troubleshooting; SQL data use
- Experience with integration and testing of propulsion, thermal, electrical, and/or structural systems
