🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or advanced degree in aerospace, manufacturing, materials, mechanical engineering, or related
1+ years manufacturing and process design experience (internship/academic ok)
Master's degree in engineering (preferred)
Hands-on project experience with mixed value stream/high-rate lines
Proficiency in mechanical assembly methods, testing, FMEA, and troubleshooting
Experience with propulsion, thermal, electrical, or structural system integration/testing
