Develop and perform acceptance tests for manufacturing processes to enable high-rate production
Design and implement precision tooling to reduce assembly errors and cycle time
Automate novel processes to ensure repeatability on high-rate manufacturing lines
Work with design teams to influence flight design with manufacturing improvements
Develop and/or automate in-situ inspection techniques to increase yield
ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for authorization

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or advanced degree in aerospace, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
1+ years of manufacturing and process design experience (internship applicable)
Proficiency in mechanical assembly methods, testing, FMEA, and troubleshooting
Experience with integration and testing of propulsion, thermal, electrical, and/or structural systems
Experience using SQL or other data management structures to inform priorities and measure performance
