- Develop and maintain manufacturing planning docs for flight hardware.
- Design and implement tooling for manufacturing, including fixtures and inspection tools.
- Hands-on support for development/production builds, kitting, and readiness.
- Write and support ATP and QTP for flight hardware.
- Design test fixtures and participate in testing (off-gassing, EMI/EMC, etc).
- Define and document inspection requirements with quality.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Materials or related field.
- 1+ years in manufacturing/production/quality/design eng (internships/co-ops qualify).
- Hands-on hardware experience in production, lab, or build environment.
- Ability to communicate across multidisciplinary teams with technicians and engineers.
- Experience with aerospace structures manufacturing, integration, or large assemblies.
- CAD: NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent.
